The X100 transmits and receives AIS at 5 watts via SOTDMA. This ensures better visibility for other vessels and more stable position transmission, especially on crowded waters and at higher speeds. Of course, a silent mode is also available when you temporarily do not want to transmit.<\/p>

One antenna, less installation work<\/strong><\/p>

Thanks to the integrated VHF antenna splitter, you only need one VHF antenna for both VHF and AIS. This saves extra hardware, cabling and installation time.<\/p>

As a VHF radio, the X100 is a Class D VHF with 25 watts transmit power. All common international channel sets are present, including ATIS. DSC functions are logically integrated so that emergency calls, individual calls and group calls can be operated quickly and conveniently.<\/p>
