Esto puede provocar retrasos en el procesamiento. Cualquier costo de env\u00edo adicional que surja por no seguir el procedimiento de devoluci\u00f3n puede ser a cargo del cliente.<\/p><p>No a\u00f1ada ninguna nota suelta como \u00fanica explicaci\u00f3n. Esto se aplica, por ejemplo, cuando el problema es causado por una instalaci\u00f3n incorrecta, configuraci\u00f3n inadecuada, cableado defectuoso, fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n insuficiente, un defecto en otro equipo conectado o una aplicaci\u00f3n inadecuada.<\/p><p>Te informamos de antemano cu\u00e1ndo pueden aplicarse gastos de investigaci\u00f3n o administrativos. Esto puede significar que un producto deba ser examinado por el fabricante antes de que se pueda aprobar una reclamaci\u00f3n de garant\u00eda.<\/p><p>La garant\u00eda del fabricante complementa los derechos de garant\u00eda legales y no los limita. En el caso de una compra por parte de un consumidor, Smartmarine, en su calidad de vendedor, sigue siendo responsable de cualquier producto que no cumpla con lo que razonablemente cabe esperar de \u00e9l.<\/p><p>La duraci\u00f3n de la garant\u00eda legal no se limita a un plazo fijo est\u00e1ndar. Preferiblemente, utilice el embalaje original o un embalaje que ofrezca suficiente protecci\u00f3n durante el transporte.<\/p><p>Elimina la configuraci\u00f3n personal, las contrase\u00f1as y los datos guardados en la medida de lo posible. Smartmarine no se hace responsable de la p\u00e9rdida de datos o de la configuraci\u00f3n durante la inspecci\u00f3n, la reparaci\u00f3n, la sustituci\u00f3n o un restablecimiento de f\u00e1brica, salvo cuando ello no pueda excluirse en virtud de la legislaci\u00f3n imperativa.<\/p><p>Los da\u00f1os causados por embalaje insuficiente o incorrecto no est\u00e1n cubiertos por la garant\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1082780\" data-id=\"1082780\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9efe3b4 elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9efe3b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tramitaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c735cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8c735cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cuando se aprueba una reclamaci\u00f3n de garant\u00eda, el producto se reparar\u00e1 o reemplazar\u00e1 a discreci\u00f3n. Qu\u00e9 soluci\u00f3n sea apropiada depende del defecto, el producto, las piezas disponibles y el procedimiento del fabricante.<\/p><p>El procesamiento se realiza dentro de un plazo razonable y sin molestias excesivas.
