Our Serpentine Pulley Kit for the Volvo Penta D2-40, D2-50, D2-55A, D2-60 and D2-75 (from the late 2000s to today) is the upgrade for your engine if it already has a 5-groove multi-ribbed belt system. With this kit, you switch to a stronger and more reliable system that prevents belt slippage, wear and belt dust.
Installation is easy: just slide the new micro-V crank pulley over the existing 5-groove crank pulley and secure it with the bolts provided. The new water pump pulley replaces your old one.
