You can pay for your order in several ways:

iDeal: you pay directly online via your bank.
PayPal: you pay directly online via your PayPal account.
Credit card: you pay directly online via your Credit Card .
Apple Pay: easy pay for all Apple users.
Gift cards: you can pay with various gift vouchers.
Klarna: you pay afterwards after receiving your order.
Bancontact: you pay directly online via your bank (Belgium).
Giropay: you pay directly online via your bank (Germany).

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you 'post-payment'. The payment should be addressed to Klarna.

VAT reverse charge for foreign companies

Are you a company outside the Netherlands with a valid EU VAT number? During checkout, you can enter your VAT number. Our system automatically checks this and, if valid, applies the VAT reverse charge mechanism. This means the VAT is transferred and you pay 0% VAT.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 13:00 on working days are usually dispatched within one working day. In practice, this is often even faster. However, this may not always be possible, for example if a product is not in stock. In that case, delivery may take a little longer. The product pages give an indication of the maximum delivery time. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver within this period, we will inform you as soon as possible.

As we only use FSC-certified packaging and materials, we charge a small contribution towards the cost. This is a conscious choice.

  • Belgium: € 6,75
  • Rest of Europe (mainland): € 9,95
  • Canary Islands: € 24,95
  • Greece, Finland, Estonia, Gibraltar and Croatia: € 14,95

Delivery is made via DHL, PostNL or DPD. Generally, deliveries take place on a working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
