It may happen that you wish to return an order, for example, because you don't like the product after all, or because you wish to cancel the purchase for another reason.

Right of withdrawal

Whatever the reason, as a private customer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. This right only applies to private purchases.

Following cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund of the order value, excluding any shipping costs. The cost of returning the product will be at your own expense.

Please state your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. Upon receipt of your request, you will receive a return label and the corresponding return instructions from us.

Returns must be sent exclusively using the return label provided by us. Only in this way can we correctly link the return to your order and process it. Returns that are not registered in advance or are sent without the return label provided by us will not be processed.

The cost of the return label is for your account and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied parts and accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is received by us in good condition.

If the product is damaged, the packaging is more damaged than necessary, or the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from the amount to be refunded.

Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is packed robustly and sufficiently protected.
