Electromaax offers a 24-month limited warranty on all Clark pumps.
With proper maintenance, most Enhanced Clark pumps last for decades, but sometimes circumstances beyond the owner's control may require an overhaul. Electromaax is now offering an 8-year warranty extension for just €889 plus shipping both ways. This warranty extension acts as insurance in case the pump is not flushed for months or years. As an indication, a refurbished pump costs around €1500 and a new one up to €3700.
Electromaax Enhanced Clark Pump Warranty and Overhaul Exchange Programme
Get your Electromaax high-pressure "Enhanced Clark Pump" overhauled or even replaced by the Electromaax factory.
If you have any questions or concerns about your system's standard or 8-year extended warranty, feel free to contact us.
Exchange programme for 12- or 24-volt systems
- Once you receive an RMA, send your upgraded Clark pump to the Electromaax address in Canada or the US.
- The factory will send you a reconditioned or new pump at its discretion. You only pay the shipping costs from one of the locations back to you. The current turnaround time is 72 hours after receipt of your unit and acceptance that it meets the warranty conditions.
- The exchange pumps are in stock, and as long as your returned Enhanced Clark pump 100% is intact with no missing or faulty parts (if it is, the factory will provide a quote for replacement).
- We will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns when reinstalling the upgraded Clark pump.
For customers who no longer have a warranty or are not covered by the extended warranty, we can overhaul or exchange any upgraded Clark pump for $1,555.00 USD (price as of May 2023, may change without warning). The customer pays any import duties and taxes, plus shipping costs both ways.
Your Enhanced Clark pump MUST be 100% intact with no missing or defective parts.
THE CLARK PUMP MUST BE UNDER WARRANTY OR HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY
The warranty is invalidated by, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
- Use of chemicals not supplied or approved by Electromaax.
- Improper installation or use.
- The pump should be 100% intact, with no defective or missing parts.
- You can only return the pump twice within the 8-year period.
