The Smart BatteryProtect 220A (12/24V) disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it is fully discharged (which can damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power to switch on the engine.
When using Bluetooth to programme this Smart BatteryProtect, all required levels for switching on/off can be set. This requires the VictronConnect app.
Protects the battery from excessive discharge and can be used as an on/off switch system. Of this 220A model, the maximum continuous current is 220A and the peak current (for 30 seconds) is 600A with an operating voltage range of 6 - 35V. The battery is disconnected from non-essential loads before the battery is fully discharged (which would damage the battery) or before there is insufficient power left to start the engine. The input/output can be used as an on/off switch system.
