For the cruiser that needs optimum charging with their Yanmar 4JH4 series engines, we have produced this state-of-the-art compact system that allows dual alternator installation in most engine rooms.

This clever design allows you to use two alternators to significantly reduce your charging time. Boat owners are now no longer limited to upgrading their old alternator to just a new high amp alternator from, with this kit you can now increase your output to 250 amps each if needed . That's right, 500 amps out of your engine! And ideal for a 12v and 24v setup.
This kit is not compatible with the 4JH3 series engines, see specifications tab for which models.
Note: This kit is only compatible with our Serpentine Pulley Upgrade Kit systems. Shown here with our self-tensioning kit, a self-tensioner is not necessarily required.
