The Em-Trak B924 is a standard 2-watt AIS Class B transponder. Small, light, and drafty, the B924 delivers one of the best receive/transmit performances of the moment. So you can receive more AIS information and targets at maximum range. All with an average power consumption of 280 mA.
The Em-trak B924 combines bluetooth and wifi for seamless wireless connectivity and AIS data streaming to mobile devices or PCs and works perfectly with the Water Charts App.
The AIS receiver has an internal GPS receiver and can be installed inside most polyester ships. For installation in steel vessels, for example, the AIS transponder offers the option of connecting an external GPS antenna. No more GPS problems on an Apple device.
The B924 features an integrated VHF antenna splitter that allows the AIS transponder to share your existing VHF antenna without performance loss.
Thanks to the new FLEX-FIT bracket system, safe and simple installation could not be easier.
